• SMOKING IS PERMITTED ON THE EXTERIOR OF THE HOUSE ONLY
• Please do not hold parties with anymore than 12 people
• You will be held responsible for any damage or breakage
• Being that we are in the country, we are more suceptible to blackouts due to the inability to meet the local electric demand. Therefore we kindly request that when leaving the house, a minimum number of lights be left on and the AC turned off.

RATES for FALL 05

• weekly: $1.500 (2 weeks minimum, $1,500 security deposit)
• 1 month: $5,000
• 2 months : $9,000
• SECURITY DEPOSIT: $2,500

RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATIONS

Upon renting a 50% deposit will be required, plus a 50% security deposit.

THE BALANCE IS DUE UPON ARRIVAL IN CASH, PERSONAL CHECK OR TRAVELERS CHECKS.
